Identity beyond the jersey
Know who they are when performance, playing time, or the plan changes.
A note for parents / IronMind Elite
The first conversation is a conversation, not a pitch.
You’ve been there for the early mornings, the practices, the travel, the tuition, and the hard conversations. You’ve helped your child prepare for the next level.
Now help them prepare for the person they’ll need to be when they get there.
Sport gives them a team, a schedule, and a scoreboard. Life beyond it asks for something more: identity, confidence, resilience, and the ability to lead themselves.
This is personal coaching with Kenny Stoddart, built around your student-athlete and what comes next.
01 / Why I built this
I graduated from The Citadel in 1997 and went into cybersecurity. For 27 years, I chased promotions, quotas, and the external markers that tell you you’re succeeding.
The higher I climbed, the less I recognized myself. I looked composed and capable while privately dealing with depression, burnout, and a body that was breaking down. I thought asking for help was something a leader could never do.
Rebuilding meant learning who I was beyond what I achieved. It took a plan, daily reps, and people who wouldn’t let me quit. I’ve finished ten Ironman races and survived Stage 3 prostate cancer. I earned my MBA from The Citadel and am completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, with expected graduation in Spring 2027.
I want young people to build that foundation earlier — before a transition, a setback, or the end of a season forces the question.

“I’m trying to reach your son or daughter 25 years earlier than anyone reached me.”
02 / The gap we’re filling
Athletes spend years inside a structure: practice, team, coach, syllabus, scoreboard. The transition to college, a career, or life after sport can change that structure overnight.
We work on the person underneath the performance, so your son or daughter has a foundation they can carry into every room.
Know who they are when performance, playing time, or the plan changes.
Build the discipline, resilience, and habits to respond to setbacks and keep moving.
Practice accountability, strengthen relationships, and approach the next chapter with direction.
03 / The investment
IronMind Elite offers three months of concierge coaching built around your student-athlete and what comes next. Kenny coaches your son or daughter directly.
As Kenny explains in the program: if you decide you want a different path, call him. No argument, no retention pitch, no hard feelings. And if the price is the obstacle, start with a conversation.
04 / What happens next
A call with you, then a call with your son or daughter. Kenny makes sure the program is a fit before money changes hands.
Start with where they actually are: self-esteem, wellness, fitness, and the questions they may not have been asked before.
A 90-day roadmap built around their goals and their next chapter, with clear areas to work on.
Coaching, Friday conversations, network introductions, and a peer group that keeps them accountable.
I will hold your son or daughter to a high standard. We’ll turn complaints into questions, choices, and action. Care and accountability belong together.
— Kenny
05 / Who belongs here
They want more from their sport, their career, and their life — and are willing to take ownership.
They’re willing to consider an answer they didn’t expect and turn it into action.
They may look fine on the outside while finding the next chapter harder than expected.
This community grows through families who understand the work and introduce someone who belongs in it. If another family comes to mind, share this page or Kenny’s number.
